Maple Peanut Butter Cookies

These peanut butter cookies only contain 5 ingredients and are sweetened with maple syrup. They never last long in our house! This recipe was inspired by Ambitious Kitchen.

These peanut butter cookies are sweetened with maple syrup and are grain free, gluten free, and dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • Optional add-ins: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup dried fruit, 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with no-stick spray.

  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine. Roll dough into a ball (whatever size you’d like) and gently flatten with your hand.

  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Once done baking, allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
