Kombucha SCOBY Freezer Bites

I make a lot of homemade kombucha, and Iā€™m always looking for ways to use my extra SCOBYs. This recipe combines various fruits with the SCOBY to create a delicious frozen treat. It tastes just like a fruit popsicle, except it is made with silicone molds.

Kombucha SCOBY freezer bites. These taste just like popsicles, but they have the added probiotic benefit of Kombucha. There is no added sugar, and the sweetness comes solely from the fruit.

Ingredients:

For strawberry banana:

  • 1 large SCOBY (about 12 inch diameter) or 2 regular SCOBYs (about 6 inch diameter)

  • 3 bananas

  • 25 strawberries

For mixed berry:

  • 1 large SCOBY or 2 regular SCOBYs

  • 7 strawberries

  • 18 oz package of blueberries
